Adult Movie Star Stormy Daniels Compelled To Pay Trump $300,000 In Legal Fees After A Court Rejected Her Appeal In A Defamation Case

P*rn star Stormy Daniels ordered to pay Trump $300,000 in legal fees after court rejects her appeal in defamation case

Stormy Daniels, a p*rnstar, has been ordered by a federal court to pay $300,000 in attorney fees to Donald Trump, the former president of the United States, after her appeal of another court’s verdict in her defamation case against Trump was denied.

The verdict by the US Circuit Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit came after a lower court dismissed Daniels’ defamation complaint against Trump in 2006 after he contradicted her claims that they had s*x.

Daniels alleged Trump had cheated on Melania Trump with her in 2006 and then paid her off to help him win the 2016 election.

In 2018, Cohen, Trump’s long-time personal lawyer, was sentenced to three years in jail for, among other things, paying Daniels $130,000 to stay quiet about her alleged romance with Trump.

The payment was made just before the 2016 presidential election, and it was made in violation of campaign finance laws.

‘All I have to do now is wait for all of the money she owes me,’ Trump said in a statement released Monday night, March 21.

According to CNBC, Trump said:

“The case was a purely political stunt that never should have started, and I am delighted that my lawyers were able to bring it to a victorious close after the court thoroughly rejected her appeal.”

The Ninth Circuit US Court of Appeals said on Monday that Daniel’s appeal was barred because she missed a 30-day deadline to file an appeal after a lower court ordered her to pay Trump’s attorney expenses.

Since then, Daniels, whose actual name is Stephanie Clifford, has written a book about Trump and gone on statewide stripping tours.
