Pete Davidson Contacted Kim Kardashian Following Kanye West's "White Lives Matter" Controversy

Following Kanye West’s recent actions, Pete Davidson reportedly contacted Kim Kardashian via text to see how she was doing.

After Kanye West, Kim Kardashian’s ex-husband, recently posted antisemitic remarks, donned a “White Lives Matter” shirt, and engaged in other offensive behavior, Pete Davidson apparently contacted Kim Kardashian to see how she was doing. Dating lasted from November 2021 until August 2022 for Davidson and Kardashian.

According to a source for Hollywood Life,

“a lot of individuals have been reaching out to offer Kim support, including Pete [Davidson],” the outlet recently said. He is currently filming another movie, but he has kept in touch. He’s a really kind guy, and Kim is happy that they can still be friends.

“Pete and Kim still speak occasionally, and a few weeks after their breakup, they had warmed up to one another,” they added. Pete still loves and cares about Kim as a person and wanted to check in to see how she was doing, so he wrote her a few times about the entire Kanye scenario.

Kanye West has been criticism for wearing a “White Lives Matter” shirt, saying antisemitic things, and for remarks he made about George Floyd’s death when appearing on Drink Champs. Derek Chauvin, not fentanyl, according to West, was to blame for his demise.

Citing the documentary The Greatest Lie Ever Sold: George Floyd and the Rise of BLM by Candace Owens, West stated on Drink Champs that “they hit him with the fentanyl, if you look the guys know wasn’t even on his neck like that.”

Davidson and West had a protracted on-air feud while Davidson was dating Kardashian.
