Baba Ijesha granted bail – Yomi Fabiyi reacts

Entertainer, actor and human right activist, Yomi Fabiyi has ended his recess after the report about Baba Ijesha’s bail conditions.

The famous Yoruba entertainer who has been in police authority since April for purportedly defiling the foster child of jokester, Princess Damilola.

Ijesha was conceded bail yesterday May 17, at the State Criminal Investigation Department SCID Panti on wellbeing grounds by a justice.

In any case, Baba Ijesha is yet to be delivered as bail condition which incorporates that he should have two guarantees. Additionally, the bail is place at N500, 000 in bond.

His legal lawyer, Adesina Ogunlana, is chipping away at idealizing his bailing condition as one of the guarantees should be a Level 10 Public official while the subsequent guarantee should be a connection of the entertainer.

Responding to this, Yomi composed on Instagram;

“Abuja loun pe bi. Human Rights is Key. There can NEVER be true JUSTICE if human rights of suspects, complainant violated. Rights which include Fair Hearing and strict adherence to the RULE of LAW. Do more on Human Rights, then Nigeria will develop and be peaceful”
