More than 10 years in the music business, Drake is still growing by leaps & bounds and still breaking grounds with ease.

Based on what was stated by Chart Data, the Canadian rapper became the first recording artiste to reach 50 billion streams across all credits on Spotify. Yeah! we said so, 50 freaking billion streams and is the most-streamed on the platform.

American songwriter and fellow rapper, FUTURE who featured in the “6 God’s What A Time to Be Alive” single, took a moment to issue a congratulatory message to his longtime collaborator on his latest major career milestone early Monday, January 18, 2021 on twitter.

“50 billion streams SHEESH congrats to THE BOY,” Future posted on Twitter.

Three years ago (2018), Drizzy happened to be the first artist to put together 50 billion streams on all music platforms, and three years down the line, he becomes the first to cross the 50 billion threshold on Spotify.

Future hit single “Life Is Good” that had Drake on it was 8x-certified platinum by the RIAA this same January and will in no distant time earn the very rare diamond status.

Drake did not release an album last year but even without releasing an album, he still achieved an extraordinary feat by breaking a few chart records.

He is the king of the Billboard Hot 100, the first male artist to debut three entries at No. 1.

Although time is running out but everyone still anticipates his album that was promised this January “Certified Lover Boy”

He was recently captured in the studio and before then, taking a vacation in The Bahamas with Meek Mill, Lil Baby and PARTYNEXTDOOR.
