McLaren, a British car racing company, has openly confirmed the signing of Ugo Ugochukwu, a 13-year-old Nigerian American car speeding genius. Accurate Gist reports.

The Formula 1 establishment which is based in Surrey broke the news on its site on Monday evening.

It said that they would have the main choice on the services of Ugochukwu later on while supporting his improvement through motorsport’s junior categories.

McLaren Racing CEO Zak Brown said that they have been watching the young boy’s advancement with interest. So when the shot to consent to an arrangement with him opened up, they had no delay proceeding onward it.

“We’ve been watching Ugo’s progress with interest.

“So when the opportunity to sign an agreement with him became available, we had no hesitation moving on it.”

The move gives McLaren what they depict as a multi-year contract with Ugochuku, inside which there is a choice they can decide to take up which would attach him to a further multi-year racing contract. This could be in F1 or in different classes

McLaren, in the same way as other F1 groups, have had a youthful driver program for a long time. Their most prominent alumni is Lewis Hamilton, who was additionally endorsed by the group when he was 13, and who remains so far F1’s lone black motorist.

Ugochukwu, who was brought into the world in New York and whose mother is Nigerian, won a year ago’s FIA OK Junior European title, and has graduated to the senior class this season.
